Job summary

Bruker is seeking an experienced Statutory and Tax Filling Senior Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Warsaw or Porto. The role focuses on statutory reporting, tax compliance, and process improvements across multiple jurisdictions, supported by strong accounting and tax expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in statutory accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with local GAAP requirements across assigned jurisdictions
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns, regulatory reports, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits and provide comprehensive supporting documentation
• Monitor changes in statutory reporting requirements and assess impact on current processes and procedures
• Maintain statutory books and records in compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Prepare management reports analyzing variances between statutory and group reporting standards
• Prepare and review corporate income tax returns and other tax filings for assigned entities
• Monitor tax law changes and communicate impact to stakeholders and management
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of tax and statutory workflows
• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany pricing analysis
• Interface with tax authorities, regulatory bodies, and external advisors as required
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
