Job summary

Bruker Corporation in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a GL Specialist (m/f/d) with German to join our dynamic finance team at the Bruker Global Business Services Center. You will manage end-to-end GL processes, ensure timely closings, perform reconciliations, and collaborate with auditors, while leveraging SAP/S4HANA and advanced Excel skills in

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of General Ledger experience.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance (ACCA / SKWP certification is an advantage).
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level) and German.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP / S4HANA ERP system.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to work on and own initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to change.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end General Ledger operational processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis.
• Prepare VAT declarations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of General Ledger master data.
• Prepare financial reports and support statutory and management reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Support standardization and optimization of accounting processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
