Woodward Poland Sp.zo.o is seeking a senior systems engineer to derive detailed system requirements from analysis of large-scale platforms and to establish acceptance criteria across teams.

The role involves validating requirements, negotiating conflicts, assessing risks, and aligning system architecture with business objectives. You will lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor engineers while driving technical excellence in a hybrid work environment in Poland.

Qualifications

• What You Will Need: ability to lead system and subsystem technical scope, negotiate changes and tradeoffs.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting across systems, subsystems and components.
• Strong interface with multiple disciplines and customers/suppliers.
• Fluent communication in Polish and English is expected for collaboration.
• Able to learn quickly, adapt and demonstrate accountability.

Responsibilities

• What You Will Do: derive system requirements from analysis and establish acceptance criteria.
• Resolve conflicts to create a complete, consistent requirement set.
• Assess uncertainties and risks, and plan mitigations for the solution.
• Plan system validation, review requirements and test plans, and approve reports.
• Lead architecture trade studies and coordinate with PMO and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members throughout the PLC process.
