Job summary

Woodward Poland is seeking a skilled Software Verification Engineer to design test cases and test stations and verify software for industrial electronics hardware used in power generation and marine applications.

You will analyze requirements, automate testing, and work with embedded software developers to ensure quality. The role involves HiL testing and expanding PyTest and LabVIEW/TestStand frameworks, with hybrid work options in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of software testing experience.
• Experience with NI LabVIEW and Python-based test automation is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, create test plans and test cases.
• Automate testing using various tools and approaches.
• Execute automated and manual testing per predefined plans.
• Collaborate with Embedded/OS developers to assure software quality.
• Expand automated test frameworks in Python (PyTest) and NI LabVIEW/TestStand.
• Test on real targets with Hardware-in-the-Loop concepts.
