Job summary

Woodward, Inc. in Niepołomice, Poland seeks an experienced engineer to design, support, improve, and test moderate to high complexity test systems and equipment.

You will plan, schedule, and coordinate test project phases while contributing to new test strategies and equipment estimates. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechatronics or related field, 4+ years of experience, ability to read hydraulic/electrical schematics, and strong English/Polish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechatronics or related field is required.
• Over 4 years of proven industry experience.
• Proficiency reading/creating hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Excellent teamwork and English/Polish communication.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of LabVIEW and signal processing.
• Experience with AS 9100 standards and metrology basics.

Responsibilities

• Design, support and test moderate to high complexity test systems and equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of test projects.
• Contribute to test requirements, strategies and equipment estimates.
• Participate in data analysis and investigate root causes of performance.
• Maintain high quality of test results and data integrity.
