Job summary

RTX seeks a highly capable System Engineer-based role in Warsaw, Poland, with a focus on translating design into production while coordinating across engineering, operations, and supplier teams. The position requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience and a strong ability to work with international subcontractors.

You will develop system architectures, manage technical data packages, and lead design reviews (PDR/CDR/TRR).

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with current design systems and processes.
• Transition from design to production and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support design-related activities at a Polish supplier site.
• Coordinate development cycles for technical data packages and design documents.
• Develop supplier capability to meet Raytheon standards and coordinate PDR/CDR/TRR reviews.
• Support partner design reviews and schedule coordination with ISC, Subcontracts, and Engineering.
• Engage with partner production start and mitigate technical and performance risks.
• Participate in weekly subcontractor and internal team meetings.
• Contribute to FRACAS activities and issue resolution.
• Assist with production readiness and ship readiness reviews.
