Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our SRE/DevOps organization. You will design and implement automated provisioning, deployment, management, and monitoring solutions for a large-scale SaaS services portfolio.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in software development, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Minimum 3 years building CI/CD pipelines and SRE automation at scale in cloud environments.
Experience with monitoring/alerting platforms (PagerDuty, Prometheus, Grafana).
Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure.
Experience with AWS (EC2, Elasticsearch, Lambda, CloudFormation) and another cloud (GCP/Azure/OCI).
Experience with CI/CD toolchains (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Flux).
Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C.
Minimum English level of B1+.

Responsibilities

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Flux, and cloud-native tech.
Implement monitoring and management solutions for cloud products.
Collaborate on scalable approaches for log management and infrastructure elements.
Evaluate and integrate AI-enabled tooling across observability and SRE workflows.
Develop DevOps tooling to reduce toil and strengthen security.
Build resilient, self-scaling systems with minimal customer impact.
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
