Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage cloud and on‑prem infrastructure for enterprise migrations. You will implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitLab (DXOne), Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and CodeDeploy, and automate IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation.

The role requires 5+ years of AWS experience, Kubernetes, and strong scripting in PowerShell and Python, with English at least B2+. Familiarity with Terragrunt and monitoring/logging tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production DevOps experience with AWS and AWS DevOps services.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production.
• Experience designing, implementing, and integrating CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Strong Git and modern version control.
• Scripting in PowerShell and Python.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Nice to have Terragrunt experience.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, ELK, Sumo Logic).
• Experience with EC2 provisioning and management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure AWS and on-prem infrastructure for migration projects.
• Develop, implement, and integrate CI/CD pipelines.
• Provision, configure, and maintain AWS EC2 instances per best practices.
• Write and maintain IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Ensure security controls including IAM roles and security groups.
• Automate operations using PowerShell and Python.
