Job summary

ShiftKey is hiring a Senior SRE to take ownership of reliability on the marketplace platform. We offer autonomy and a voice from week one, with a focus on regulatory-compliant infrastructure in healthcare. The role supports Warsaw-area operations but remote within Poland is considered.

Monthly gross remuneration ranges from PLN 22,000 to PLN 25,000, with final compensation based on experience and skill. This is an opportunity to impact reliability in a growing, mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running production infra in the cloud, with container orchestration and IaC.
• Strong scripting/automation in at least one general-purpose language.
• Ability to operate autonomously and defend judgments without heavy oversight.
• Experience mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of reliability, availability, and operational health for a regulated healthcare marketplace platform.
• Mentor a mid-level engineer and shape the reliability function as it grows.
• Work across cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and IaC to keep the platform reliable and auditable.
• Write production automation and daily scripting tasks.
• Partner with a sibling engineering team to reduce external support needs.
