You will manage SQL Server 2016+ environments, automate tasks with PowerShell, and collaborate with analysts, developers and stakeholders worldwide to ensure high availability and performance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Database Administrator.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server 2016+ administration and support.
• Hands-on Windows Server administration.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Backups, recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support SQL Server 2016+ environments.
• Monitor database performance, availability, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database, server, and infrastructure issues.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Perform maintenance, backups, recovery, and patching.
• Support production environments on an on‑call/rotational basis, including weekends.
• Collaborate with global teams during incidents, releases, and handovers.
• Engage with analysts, developers, and stakeholders across the globe.
