Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Database Administrator.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server 2016+ administration and support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Skills in database backup, recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to participate in support rotations and weekend support activities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Nice to have Background in supporting Data Warehouse (DWH) environments.
• Knowledge of SQL Server High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions, including Always On, Clustering, and Replication.
• Familiarity with monitoring and performance management tools.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration platforms.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and production support best practices.
• Experience working in enterprise-level, mission-critical environments.
