Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Clinical Specialist for Orthopaedics to build key account relationships and provide clinical support across the CEE North region. You will develop business opportunities within the MedTech portfolio and support effective customer partnerships.

The role requires 3–5 years in Medical Devices, preferably Arthroplasty, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or biomedical sciences preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience with Medical Devices.
• Clinical Specialist with Arthroplasty experience preferred.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high levels of customer happiness through relationships, product support and services.
• Provide clinical support in CEE North with focus on Velys Robotic Assisted Solution.
• Identify opportunities to increase unit growth, profitability and market share.
• Educate customers and training where appropriate to improve care delivery.
• Support sales, scrub, marketing and franchise teams through collaboration.
• Manage account information with timely reports and accurate records.
• Contribute to contracting, tenders, and market access strategies.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and selling skills.
