Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze the business domain and shape the Digital Product's requirements. You will collaborate with Product Owners to transform needs from internal stakeholders into a high-level technical solution spanning the Digital Product lifecycle.

Domain coverage includes CDP, Web & Mobile, CIAM and Commerce; with focus on data platforms, omnichannel experience, system integrations, and governance.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with SAFe/Agile certs
Experience in cross-functional teams
Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Knowledge of B2C and Omnichannel across channels and markets
Knowledge of release management, product governance

Responsibilities

Product Management - Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy
Demand Management - Gather requirements and translate into actionable items
Backlog Management - Translate strategy into epics and user stories for engineering
Delivery Management - Plan, design and execute release packages and test cases
