You will manage sourcing across finance, tax, accounting and law, collaborating with hiring partners to source top talent nationwide while delivering high-quality recruitment consulting and leveraging technology.

The role requires fluency in English and Polish, advisory approach, and the ability to work remotely from Poland with a flexible, employee-friendly environment.

• Experience sourcing passive profiles and strong sourcing skills.
• AI-driven recruiting approach and daily use of AI tools.
• Fluent in English and Polish with excellent communication.
