Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in Poland is seeking a Senior Sourcing Recruiter for a BIG 4 client for ROD solution. You will manage sourcing across finance, tax, accounting and law, collaborating with hiring partners to source top talent nationwide while delivering high-quality recruitment consulting and leveraging technology.

The role requires fluency in English and Polish, advisory approach, and the ability to work remotely from Poland with a flexible, employee-friendly environment.

What you will do

• You will manage the sourcing process for various profiles like: finance, tax, accounting, law and more
• Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners
• Source top talent across Poland
• Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements

What we would like you to have

• Experienced sourcing passive profiles - strong sourcing skills
• AI open approach - experience utilizing on daily bases is a must
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Advisory approach
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience.

• Willing to work remotely from Poland
