Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Solution Architect to shape architectural direction within the Investment Bank CTO Architecture team. You will collaborate with Governance Crew and interact with the GCTO organization to ensure IB architecture aligns with divisional and group strategies.

You will develop architectures, lead governance, and partner with IB engineering teams from ideation through delivery while maintaining high-quality outcomes and effective communication across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise or solution architecture across domains.
• Ability to operate in governance-driven, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate architectural standards, guardrails, reference architectures and best practices.
• Lead architectural governance processes with proactive oversight.
• Serve as GCTO contact for IB CTO, coordinating with group initiatives and stakeholders.
• Assess requests, determine impact, and coordinate responses for the core architecture team.
• Partner with engineering teams early to ensure architectural considerations from ideation to delivery.
