Job summary

Altium Limited, part of the Renesas Group, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to develop cloud-based features for the Altium 365 platform. You’ll work on .NET Core/Framework, microservices, and multi-tenant systems within a distributed cloud stack.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams across hybrid offices in Poland, contributing to scalable infrastructure and advanced search capabilities with AWS and containerized services.

Qualifications

• Experience developing cloud-scale apps with .NET
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration
• MySQL experience; FireBird/Oracle a plus

A day in the life of our Senior Software Engineer:

As a Senior Software Engineer, your primary role will be product development for complex cloud applications with the Altium 365 R&D team.

• Work with a tech stack of .NET Core, AWS, multi-tenant architecture, and distributed high-load systems.
• Handle tech challenges different from most others on the market, a mixture of complex engineering software, microelectronics and cloud services
• Add to the team’s expertise through collaboration and sharing knowledge

The working mode is hybrid: 3 days a week from one of our offices (Katowice or Wroclaw).

Required technology experience:

• .NET Core, .NET Framework.
• Microservices.
• CI, CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• MySQL (FireBird, Oracle as a plus).

Will be a plus:

• AWS, EC2, ECS, RDS, etc. - or Azure/GCP
• Multi-tenant architecture
• Sentry, New Relic for alerts and monitoring
