Tenarai Europe seeks a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Quality and Test Automation to safeguard a mission-critical platform powering travel professionals worldwide. You will build and maintain robust test automation, leverage AI models, and collaborate with developers to deliver high-quality MCP applications across ChatGPT.com and Claude.ai channels.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in software engineering and QA, strong Java/Python/React/TypeScript/CSS skills, and experience with GCP.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering and/or test automation experience.
• Solid experience with Java, Python, React, TypeScript, CSS.
• Experience in AI-driven testing, automated test generation, and modern QA methodologies.
• Experience in building benchmarks for LLM based systems.
• Knowledge of the AI SDLC and Gemini models.
• Experience operating within GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong English communication skills for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Automate & Validate: Build robust testing frameworks to ensure high quality of MCP native apps on ChatGPT.com and Claude.ai.
• Prepare benchmark for AI functions integrated into our applications.
• Maintain tests inventory.
• Assess applications portfolio from security perspective.
• Use Gemini models to develop advanced testing strategies and auto-generate test cases for MCP endpoints and chat UI widgets.
• Investigate, diagnose, and solve real quality and integration problems in dev and production.
• Collaborate with core developers to understand product nuances and edge cases.
• Document & Demo: contribute to test docs and demo workflows to Product Owner.

We're looking for a motivated Senior Software Engineer specializing in Quality and Test Automation to join our client's fast-moving engineering team. You'll work on ensuring the reliability of products that power the daily workflow of hundreds of thousands of travel professionals around the world.

Their team owns the full lifecycle of two flagship product lines: Agency Concierge & Traveler Concierge, which include Agentic AI MCP Apps deployed in ChatGPT.com and Claude.ai channels.

As a Senior Engineer focused on quality, you will be instrumental in safeguarding a mission-critical platform. They're building a modern, high-performance solution that integrates rich travel content, smart automation, services, and third-party systems. Your focus will be delivering test automation solution for MCP Application + preparing test cases. You will have access to GenAI toolset in order to achieve high performance and shorten the delivery time.

Responsibilities:

• Automate & Validate: Build robust testing frameworks to ensure the high quality of our modern software (MCP native apps on ChatGPT.com and Claude.ai).
• Prepare benchmark for AI functions integrated into our applications
• Maintain tests inventory
• Assess applications portfolio from security perspective
• Use the latest AI models (specifically the Gemini family) to develop advanced testing strategies and automatically generate test cases for MCP endpoints and chat channel UI widgets.
• Investigate, diagnose, and solve real quality and integration problems in both development and production environments.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with core developers to understand product nuances, identify edge cases, and deliver comprehensive quality solutions.
• Document & Demo: Contribute to test documentation, share testing methodologies internally, and demo testing workflows to the Product Owner during weekly sessions.

Job requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering and/or test automation experience.
• Solid experience with Java, Python, React, Typescript, CSS.
• Experience in AI-driven testing, automated test generation, and modern QA methodologies.
• Experience in building benchmarks for LLM based systems
• Knowledge of the AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and AI models (Vertex AI, Gemini models).
• Experience operating within GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong English communication skills for global collaboration.
• Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A team-oriented mindset with a continuous willingness to learn.
• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to Have:

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and LLM architectures.
• Experience with standard testing frameworks & tools (JUnit, bruno etc.) layered with AI tools.
