Mobility Global is seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide a 24+ person team of software and QA engineers, split into three subgroups. You will mentor, coach, and develop high-performing, self-organizing teams while aligning delivery with business goals.

• 2+ years in engineering management leading development teams.
• Proven track record in performance management and Agile product development.
