Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a senior software engineer to develop web applications for a high-impact US-market product. You will work with a supportive team to gain expertise across areas, build cloud-based microservices, and apply IaC practices.

Collaboration spans Poland and the US, with opportunities to mentor junior developers and shape coding standards. Required: 5+ years in Java or JVM languages, 3+ years in JavaScript/TypeScript, AWS experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java or Kotlin/Groovy.
• 3+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React, AngularJS, or Vue.js.
• Experience with Spring Framework to design RESTful web or microservices.
• Experience building applications on AWS with IaC tools like Terraform or CDK.
• Strong analytical skills and debugging of complex systems.
• Excellent collaboration in agile teams.
• Proficiency in English for international teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications for a high-impact product in the US market, with a supportive team and mentors.
• Contribute to building new capabilities for cloud API-based products and microservices, focusing on Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Integrate multiple backend, cloud-based internal services to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Employ test-driven development, paired programming, and CI within an agile environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Poland and the US, including developers, PMs and product owners.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, establishing coding standards and coaching them to improve skills and performance.
