Job summary

Alt Platform Inc is building Alt Vault into a standalone $100M+ business, and you are its founding engineer. You will own the vault pipeline from intake to live on platform, including automation, scan orchestration, and quality-control tooling that catches mis-scan issues before a customer sees them.

Architect Vault-as-a-Service — account infrastructure, billing, and external APIs — so enterprise partners vault, ship, and manage assets programmatically.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend experience (Python, Postgres, AWS or similar cloud infra) and frontend experience (React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Track record of owning features or systems from design to production.
• Business-owner thinking with understanding of P&L and SLAs.
• Bias toward operational complexity bridging software and the physical world.

Responsibilities

• Own the vault pipeline to drastically reduce time from item received to live on platform.
• Architect Vault-as-a-Service including account infrastructure, billing, and external APIs.
• Improve the digitization stack for imaging and 360-degree views.
• Deliver end-to-end features from design to shipped UI and backend.
• Mentor and document to grow the Vault team.
