Cencora in Poland is seeking a Software Engineer 2 to join our growing engineering team. You will help build secure, high-quality software for the Pharmaceutical TMF industry, working remotely with an optional office base in Lublin.

You’ll work independently, contribute to design, and use AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude. Strong .NET/C#, REST, and testing experience are expected; you’ll mentor juniors and support quality and security.

Formación

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft .NET / C#.
• Experience with unit testing, dependency injection, and REST web services.
• Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL or MySQL.
• Exposure to web UI development such as React, Angular or jQuery.
• Confidence using AI-assisted coding tools with a critical eye on output quality and security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Fixing moderately complex bugs in familiar code and tackling basic issues in unfamiliar code.
• Building new functionality independently with architectural guidance where needed.
• Developing with .NET and C#, applying SOLID principles, design patterns and dependency injection.
• Writing reliable unit tests and contributing to strong engineering quality standards.
• Using AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency while reviewing code for quality, security and correctness.
• Collaborating with testers and DevOps, contributing to sprint planning and solving root-cause issues.
• Mentoring more junior developers and supporting high coding standards across the team.
• Building knowledge of the Pharmaceutical TMF domain and applying it in real solutions for clients.

Remote - Poland Optional office base in Lublin

We’re looking for a Software Engineer 2 to join our growing engineering team in Poland and help build secure, high-quality software for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File (TMF) industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer who is ready to take the next step - someone who can work independently, contribute to solution design, and help shape how modern software is built in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

You’ll be part of a new team creating software for a specialist pharmaceutical domain, with the chance to use modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude as part of everyday delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For
