Job summary

LanceSoft Europe is seeking an experienced Software Engineer - Expert to join a Scrum team in Krakow or Gdansk on a hybrid basis. You will be a leading contributor to one or more IMS modules, drive design and performance improvements, and ensure high delivery quality.

We require 6–10 years of professional software engineering with hands-on Java, React, SQL, and experience across the full lifecycle. Strong communication is essential; C#/Winforms and tools like Dynatrace or SolarWinds are a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development with Java, React, SQL and related technologies.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work under minimal supervision to analyze, design, develop, test, and debug software enhancements and solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to translate requirements into working software.
• Participate in design of product architecture and scalable technical solutions.
• Develop, test, debug, and implement software using Java, C#, SQL, React or related technologies.
• Provide code reviews and write unit/automation tests.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Conduct manual tests to ensure product quality.
• Contribute to API docs and customer documentation.
• Engage in Agile SCRUM ceremonies and cross-team activities.
