Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior React Native Developer to deliver high-quality cross‑platform mobile apps for iOS and Android. You will implement features, manage state with Redux, Zustand or Jotai, and optimize performance with Expo and EAS.

This hybrid role in Poland requires 3 days in the office (Gdańsk, Kraków, Wrocław, Katowice or Warsaw). You will collaborate with designers, backend developers and QA to ship end‑to‑end features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React Native.
• Experience with Expo ecosystem and EAS for builds.
• Strong understanding of modern state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and mobile app lifecycle.
• Excellent English communication (B2).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.
• Build, configure, and optimize application workflows using Expo and EAS.
• Implement and manage application state using modern state management libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
