Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer to build high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android. The role emphasizes modern state management, Expo tooling, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

You will work in a hybrid setup with 3 days in the office across Poland (Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice or Warsaw) and opportunities to work remotely within Poland. Collaboration with designers, backend developers, and QA is key to delivering end-to-end

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React Native.
• Hands-on experience with Expo ecosystem and EAS builds/submissions.
• Experience with multiple state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
• Proficiency with RTK Query or TanStack Query for server state.
• Strong TypeScript skills and knowledge of mobile app lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.
• Build, configure, and optimize workflows with Expo and EAS.
• Manage application state using modern state management libraries.
• Collaborate with design, backend, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions and planning.
• Ensure performance, quality and responsiveness of apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and bottlenecks.
