The Tenth Revolution Group in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to modernize its financial reporting and analytics platforms. You will build scalable data solutions, improve reporting accuracy, and develop tools that support business and investment decisions.

In this role you will own end-to-end delivery from design to deployment, collaborate with finance, valuation, and technology teams, and contribute to data quality, governance, and innovation across global platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Python or C#, T-SQL, and Airflow.
• Expertise in data engineering, ETL, analytics, and reconciliation.
• Experience delivering and supporting end-to-end systems.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• High standards of accuracy, reliability, and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Modernize financial reporting platforms and data pipelines.
• Build ETL processes, reconciliation workflows, and analytics apps.
