Dotlinkers IT recruitment is seeking a Fullstack Python Software Engineer to join a hybrid Warsaw-based team. You will modernize the financial reporting platform, build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes, and develop analytical applications for finance and management teams.

You will work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with finance specialists and other engineers to ensure data quality, accuracy and actionable insights, using Python, Airflow, and front-end

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience in a technical field.
• Experience with data engineering, ETL and data reconciliation using T-SQL, Python and Airflow.
• Strong Python or C# development skills and end-to-end systems know-how.
• Frontend development with JavaScript and React for data visualization.

Position: Fullstack Python Software Engineer Location: Warsaw, Poland Working mode: hybrid, 3 days a week from the office

About the role

As a Software Engineer, you will help modernize the financial reporting platform used by finance, management and investment teams to monitor business performance. You will develop scalable data pipelines, ETL processes and reconciliation workflows to ensure the accuracy, quality and reliability of financial data. The role also involves building analytical applications, reporting tools and user interfaces that turn complex financial information into actionable insights. You will work closely with finance specialists and other engineers, taking ownership of solutions throughout the entire development lifecycle, from design to production support. This position combines software engineering, data processing, analytics and front-end development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience and a background in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Strong experience with data engineering, analytics, ETL processes and data reconciliation using T-SQL, Python and Airflow.
• Solid software development skills in Python or C#.
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining end-to-end systems, including coordinating with users and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of front-end development and data visualization using JavaScript and React.
• Ability to build reliable systems with a strong focus on numerical accuracy, data quality and operational stability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High ethical standards and a professional approach to working with sensitive business and financial data.
