Job summary

Point72 in Warsaw is seeking a Software Engineer for Controllers Technology to modernize financial reporting systems and build scalable data pipelines. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support features in a collaborative engineering environment.

The role requires 7+ years of programming experience, strong data engineering skills with T-SQL, Python, and Airflow, and experience with Python or C#. You will partner with controllers and technology colleagues to translate business needs

Qualifications

7+ years of programming experience in a technical field.
Proficiency with Python, C#, and data engineering tools.
Experience building end-to-end data pipelines and reporting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Modernize the profit-and-loss reporting platform for finance and management teams.
Design scalable data pipelines and reconciliation workflows.
Build analytical applications and reporting for valuation data.
Develop validation tools to strengthen controls and reduce manual effort.
Partner with controllers and technology colleagues to translate needs into software.
Own features from design through deployment and support.
