Job summary

InPost looks to hire an experienced engineer to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform across markets. You will design and implement business-critical solutions, shape architecture, and guide integration with Azure services.

You will mentor engineers, promote quality engineering practices, and champion AI-enabled tooling in a fast-moving, hybrid environment. Strong English and Enterprise collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure services.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and integration initiatives connecting Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and Azure services.

We are looking for an experienced engineer who wants to drive impactful technology initiatives and help shape the future of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across an international organisation.

In this role, you will design and build business-critical solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform while contributing to architectural decisions, engineering excellence and long-term technology strategy.

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL.

• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
• Passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of other engineers.
• Practical experience using AI tools in software engineering workflows.
• Professional English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Python, FastAPI or Flask.
• Knowledge of Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis or Apache Kafka.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise ecosystems.
