Job summary

Mobility Global, including CARFAX, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to develop web applications for a US-focused product. You will work with a cross-border team to build cloud-based microservices, emphasizing IaC and modern development practices.

You will mentor juniors, design robust APIs, and collaborate with PMs and product owners in Poland and the US, ensuring high-quality software and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java or JVM language.
• 3+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React/AngularJS/Vue.js.
• Experience using Spring Framework to design RESTful web services or microservices.
• Experience building applications on AWS or similar cloud infrastructure; familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform or CDK).
• Strong analytical skills and debugging complex systems.
• Excellent collaboration in agile teams and coding standards.
• Proficiency in English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications for a high-impact product in the US market.
• Contribute to cloud API-based products and microservices with a focus on IaC.
• Integrate backend and cloud services to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Apply test-driven development, paired programming, and CI in an agile setup.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and product owners in Poland and the US.
• Mentor junior developers and establish coding standards.
