Applicants should have 6+ years in software engineering, strong Python backend experience, and fluency in English and Polish. Hybrid work is offered with a modern office in central Wroclaw.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in Software Engineering with 5+ years backend Python in production.
• Fluent English and Polish (B2+); German a plus.
• Experience with production-grade apps and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of AI tech (Agents, RAG, MCP) and LLM fine-tuning.

Responsabilidades
