ISS Tech Team in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Software Development team. You’ll own solutions that operate at enterprise scale, collaborate with business stakeholders, and influence products used by hundreds of thousands of people.

You’ll work with modern cloud platforms, AI-powered technologies, Java and Spring, React frontend, Azure and Kubernetes, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

Experience as Senior Software Engineer with enterprise-scale systems.
Strong leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Be an active contributor to the Scrum team by improving collaboration, delivery quality, and business value.
Take ownership of engineering outcomes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Coach and guide best practices, architecture, and estimation.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to refine requirements and shape the roadmap.
Provide technical guidance that shapes product roadmap and solution architecture.
Build AI-powered solutions across the software lifecycle and deliver scalable backend services on Java/Spring and frontend on React.
