Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong TypeScript and Node.js skills to help shape AI-native digital experiences at scale. The role is client-facing and requires collaboration with engineering leadership, with hybrid work in Poland (Gdansk or Krakow).

You will work across frontend and backend, design agentic systems, and contribute to AI dashboards and components, including Stencil and Angular integrations, while providing production support and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with TypeScript and Node.js across frontend and backend.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Design, extend, and operationalize agentic systems with LangGraph (Node.js) or similar frameworks
• Provide 24/7 production support, on-call rotations, and incident resolution
• Collaborate with client engineering leads and distributed teams to align on technical direction
• Build AI-powered user experiences and dashboards including AI-native patterns
