Job summary

Totum Partners in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to join the Global IT Applications team. You will lead hands-on development and remediation of an enterprise SharePoint Online platform underpinning knowledge sharing and project delivery across consulting teams worldwide.

Qualifications

Strong experience developing and supporting SharePoint Online-based business applications.
Solid SPFx development experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Hands-on C# / .NET development in production environments.
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Azure SQL.
Ability to work with permissions, metadata, workflow automation and search.
Knowledge of production change, release management and code review practices.
Excellent collaboration with business stakeholders and end users.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and governance patterns.
Fluent English with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve technical debt, defects and design weaknesses across the platform.
Design, develop and maintain SPFx components and SharePoint Online customisations.
Develop and support Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Azure-based integrations using C# / .NET.
Deliver platform enhancements supporting document management, collaboration and knowledge-sharing processes.
Support complex metadata, permissions, search and workflow behaviours.
Maintain and improve Azure SQL-backed components, operational scripts and scheduled jobs.
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on governance and security controls.
Improve documentation and operational support processes.
Work with analysts and end users to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
