Job summary

Bayer in Warsaw is seeking a SharePoint Solution Architect to shape modern collaboration and enterprise solutions. You will design end-to-end SharePoint architectures, guide solution delivery, and ensure security and compliance across projects.

You will partner with business leaders, product teams, and engineers to translate complex requirements into scalable designs, mentor teams, and drive adoption of Microsoft collaboration technologies. Hybrid work arrangements available in Warsaw.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Several years of experience as a Solution Architect or comparable role.
Strong experience designing SharePoint-based collaboration solutions.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and APIs.
Experience with DevOps practices and containerization.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end SharePoint and collaboration solutions aligned with objectives.
Create architecture blueprints, solution designs, and technical docs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver technology solutions.
Evaluate technologies and integration approaches to meet needs.
Lead integration with existing platforms and ensure non-functional requirements.
Drive architectural reviews and promote best practices.
Mentor engineers and solution teams across delivery teams.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies to improve collaboration.
