Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited in Warsaw is seeking a SharePoint Solution Architect to shape modern collaboration and deliver scalable solutions across the enterprise. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex requirements into secure architectures and guiding solution delivery.

You will partner with business leaders, product teams, and engineers to define designs, ensure security, and drive adoption of Microsoft collaboration technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Collaboration Architect, or similar.
• Strong experience designing SharePoint-based and enterprise collaboration solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud).
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SharePoint and collaboration solutions aligned with objectives.
• Create architectural blueprints, solution designs, and technical docs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver technology solutions.
• Evaluate technologies and integration approaches for current and future needs.
• Lead the integration of new solutions with existing platforms and infra.
• Define non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, security.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and governance standards.
• Identify architectural risks and mitigation strategies.
• Drive architectural reviews and promote best practices.
• Mentor engineers and solution teams with technical leadership.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve collaboration solutions.
