Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a skilled Technical Architect / Development Team Lead to design scalable SharePoint solutions (Online, SPFx) and integrate Azure services. You will mentor a team of developers, oversee delivery quality, and drive architectural decisions that balance performance, security and usability.

In this role you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Technical Architect or Development Team Lead in SharePoint development.
• Experience architecting SharePoint solutions with scalability, performance, security and usability.
• Deep SharePoint expertise: SharePoint Online, SPFx, Azure technologies, Power Platform and PowerBI.
• Experience with SonarQube.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills for a developers team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methods and Jira/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Technical solution architecture for SharePoint solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead and mentor developers, ensure ownership and delivery quality.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and address bottlenecks.
• Hands-on development of complex features when needed.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Document architecture, designs and technical guidelines.
• Stay updated with SharePoint, Azure, Power Platform trends.
