Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a team focused on security tooling for a renowned global company. You will handle architectural, functional, and configuration aspects of ServiceNow Security Operations within an Agile product team, driving backlog refinement, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Accenture and internal stakeholders to align operational processes with platform capabilities and deliver impactful

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Security Operations.
• Deep expertise in Security Operations, Threat Analysis, and Threat Management.
• Experience in consulting and configuration management.
• Strong command of configuration design and threat response capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile product team environment.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow SecOps.
• Analyzing current SecOps configuration and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Driving enhancements within Threat Response and related ServiceNow SecOps capabilities.
• Designing and implementing platform improvements that increase effectiveness, automation, and usability.
• Providing architectural and configuration guidance for the ServiceNow SecOps product.
• Collaborating closely with Accenture and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational processes and platform capabilities.
• Contributing to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and story execution.
• Supporting innovation initiatives focused on strengthening security operations and threat-management processes.
• Recommending best practices and future-state improvements for the ServiceNow SecOps ecosystem.
