Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in architecture, solution design or governance roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target architecture, technology roadmap, design principles, and standards for a complex enterprise platform landscape.
• Act as senior technical authority for solution design decisions, governance, and exception management.
• Establish best practices for service modeling, configuration management, data governance, and platform data relationships.
• Design reusable patterns for integrations, workflow automation, API connectivity, and AI-enabled digital services.
• Drive governance for user-facing service experiences, self-service capabilities, knowledge solutions, and intelligent virtual assistance.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, maintainability, and long-term sustainability while coaching teams and stakeholders.
