Job summary

Fyerx in Poland is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM Developer with deep expertise in Software Asset Management Pro (SAM Pro). The ideal candidate will focus on advanced scripting, workflow automation, third-party discovery integrations, and optimizing backend reconciliation engines.

The role requires hands-on development of SAM modules, complex Business Rules, UI Actions, and REST/SOAP integrations, with a strong emphasis on Discovery models and IntegrationHub.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development in ITAM/SAM.
• Deep knowledge of SAM Pro data models, Software Installation tables, Discovery models, and Software models.
• Strong experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and IntegrationHub steps.
• CSA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain complex Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions within the SAM application.
• Design and implement automated software request and reclamation workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Create Service Catalog items for software requests with complex client-side validations.
• Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, JAMF, and third-party inventory integrations.
• Build REST/SOAP integrations to connect ServiceNow with external publisher portals and procurement systems.
• Optimize background jobs, reconciliation engines, and scheduled scripts; support platform upgrades.
