Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our Competency Center, focusing on ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules across Europe and the US. You will analyze business needs, translate requirements, design compliant solutions, and lead documentation, requirements, and deployment activities.

The role requires 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Able to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing ServiceNow best practices.
• Understanding of ServiceNow technologies like JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating BPMN flow charts.
• Polish and English fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow solutions.

• Create and manage project and deliverable documentation.

Job description

Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM / CSM modules.

Your tasks

• Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions
• Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team whenever possible
• Designing solutions that align with stakeholders' requirements
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation
• Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase
• Managing production deployment
• Conducting necessary training for end-users on the platform’s usability and implemented solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices
• Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
