Job summary

Galderma is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead the serialization landscape (L4/L5) with focus on SAP ATTP and SAP TH (ICH). You will translate regulatory and business needs into effective technical solutions and collaborate with IT, compliance and external partners across a global environment.

The role requires strong serialization, GS1 standards knowledge and experience with validation and go-live support. Location: Krakow, with on-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ATTP and SAP TH (ICH).
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical serialization and traceability.
• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of GxP and Computerized System Validation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of GS1 standards and serialization regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key functional expert for SAP ATTP and SAP TH (ICH).
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure and enhance serialization solutions in line with business and compliance requirements.
• Lead functional specifications, testing, UAT and implementation activities.
• Support validation activities and ensure alignment with GxP and CSV requirements.
• Support the migration from ATTP on HEC to ATTP on S/4.
• Provide expert support for complex system issues and configuration changes.
• Work with business teams, IT, SAP teams and external partners globally.
• Support go-live, hyper care and ongoing system improvements.
