Job summary

Beffio Studio is seeking a Senior Security / DevOps / IT Specialist to strengthen security, reliability and scalability of its internal infrastructure. You will own IT operations, protect project data, automate processes, and support artists, engineers and production teams in a security-first environment.

The role blends security, DevOps and system administration with a focus on practical, robust infrastructure and collaboration across our international team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, security operations or DevOps.
• Strong information security principles and access control knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise environments.
• Experience with Windows workstations and distributed teams.
• PowerShell, Python, Bash scripting skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, including workstations, cloud services, networks, and remote collaboration environments.
• Manage identity, access permissions, device policies, and endpoint security.
• Support onboarding/offboarding with secure access management.
• Improve security, reliability, and automation of workflows.
• Develop security policies, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support CI/CD and secure build environments where needed.
