Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to define and govern the end-to-end architecture for Haleon’s Commercial domain. You will lead Salesforce and related platforms, ensure cross-system integration, and drive standardisation across markets.

You will partner with business and D&T stakeholders to enable growth, improve customer experience, and operational efficiency while shaping data-driven, AI-enabled architectures for commercial decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, digital strategy or consulting.
• Experience with Salesforce and commercial technologies.
• Proven ability to architect CRM-centric sales/marketing ecosystems and digital commerce integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Commercial and E-commerce domain architecture across Sales, Marketing, Trade Promotion and Customer Engagement.
• Develop target architectures and roadmaps to support growth, engagement and performance.
• Provide architectural leadership for Salesforce and related platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration between Commercial, ERP, Finance, Supply Chain and other enterprise systems.
• Drive platform simplification, standardisation and technology convergence across markets.
• Partner with cross-functional domain architects to design end-to-end business capabilities and processes.
• Shape data, analytics and AI-enabled architectures for commercial decision-making.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles and governance frameworks.
• Support business transformation and portfolio modernization across the Commercial domain.
