Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking to join our SAP HXM Suite delivery practice in Kraków. You will own full-cycle configuration, testing and deployment for absence management and time recording across geographies.

You will lead workshops, mentor junior consultants, and work with cross-functional teams including S/4HANA, payroll, and integrations to deliver compliant time management solutions for global HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/HR/Business or related field.
• 6–10 years SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 4 years in Time Off/Time Tracking.
• Minimum 3 full-lifecycle EC Time Management implementations.
• Experience implementing time management for two countries with differing statutory leave.

Responsibilities

• Configure Time Off: time types, groups, absence types and time accounts.
• Design accrual rules with tenure, grade and FTE proportionality.
• Set up holiday calendars, carryover, payout and negative balance rules.
• Configure absence management workflows: self-service, approvals, substitutions.
• Implement country localization for leave types across regions.
• Configure Time Tracking: profiles, templates, valuation rules and clock-in/out.
• Lead workshops, mentor juniors, collaborate with S/4HANA, payroll teams.
• Develop specs, configuration workbooks and test scripts.
• Execute unit/integration tests and support UAT.
• Lead go-live readiness, data migration and hypercare support.
