Job summary

DXC Technology seeks a Senior Consultant/Lead Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking to lead full-cycle configuration, testing, and deployment for global clients. You will mentor peers and collaborate with S/4HANA, payroll, and integration teams to deliver compliant time management solutions.

You will drive workshops, ensure localization for statutory leaves, and manage data migration and cutover activities across regions.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 4 years specializing in Time Off and/or Time Tracking modules.
• Minimum 3 full-lifecycle implementations involving EC Time Management (Time Off, Time Tracking, or both).
• Experience implementing time management for at least two countries with differing statutory leave requirements.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Time Management

Responsibilities

• Configure Time Off: time types, groups, absence types, and time accounts.
• Design accrual rules with tenure-based and multi-calendar conditions.
• Set up holiday calendars, carryover, payout, and negative balance rules.
• Configure absence workflows: self-service requests, approvals, and notifications.
• Lead time management workshops and mentor junior consultants.
• Develop specs, workbooks, and test scripts; support UAT and go-live readiness.
