Job summary

LeverX, Inc. in Poland seeks an experienced SAP Project Lead / Delivery Manager with Polish language skills to lead complex SAP programs, drive delivery across multiple sites, and align with executive expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in IT project management, 5+ years in SAP leadership, and at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation. Excellent governance, stakeholder management, and certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project, program, or delivery management experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles on complex SAP programs.
• Proven delivery of at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation, preferably greenfield, multi-company, or large industrial transformation.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA governance, including Fit-to-Standard workshops, stage gates, deliverable acceptance, change control, and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage complex, interdependent delivery roadmaps with multiple Go-Live dates and strict business deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management: expectations setting, negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive communication.
• SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or comparable certification.
• English C1+ and Polish C1+.

Responsibilities

• Overall planning and management of the SAP S/4HANA implementation program.
• Preparation and maintenance of the integrated project schedule covering all functional and technical workstreams.
• Coordination of project dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths across the program.
• Risk management: registration, mitigation plans, issues follow-up, assumptions, and dependency resolution.
• Organization and facilitation of project governance meetings, status meetings, and Steering Committee sessions.
• Project resource planning, allocation, and coordination together with delivery and competence leads.
• Project budget planning and control, including forecasting, delivery margin monitoring, and tracking of actual versus planned effort.
• Scope management, including evaluation of change requests and assessment of their impact on schedule, budget, resources, and contractual commitments.
• Timely escalation of critical delivery issues and preparation of mitigation or recovery plans.
• Reporting to stakeholders and management with KPIs, including integrated planning, dependency management, RAID management, and budget controlling.
