Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Senior Technology Specialist in Warehouse Management to support the Logistics program and deliver digitized IT services. The role requires deep SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and TM expertise, plus experience with private cloud environments and integration with third-party systems.

You will collaborate with D&T and Logistics teams, drive end-to-end logistics solutions, and lead innovative technology initiatives to strengthen the IT landscape and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in IT or SCM or related SAP certification.
• Experience in a complex international environment with ERP projects (SAP ERP, EWM, MM, SD, LE, TM).
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role in FMCG.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and private cloud.
• Experience with EWM, TM integration and 3rd party systems.
• Subject Matter Expert in SAP EWM with project implementations.
• Strong understanding of EWM architecture and warehouse processes.
• Ability to conduct detailed technical impact analysis and effort estimates.
• Cloud / Clean Core development knowledge, including BTP, CAP, APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

• Develop capabilities within the team to embrace change and support D&T strategy.
• Ensure understanding of business requirements and end-to-end logistics processes.
• Create solution designs aligned to standards and requirements.
• Address gaps between business and technical needs with recommended solutions.
• Ensure quality and technical standards across the digital landscape and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the overall end-to-end vision.
• Lead innovation and introduce new technologies for business improvements.
• Monitor IT services quality, reduce technical debt, and improve landscape resilience.
• Coordinate with system integrators and suppliers to support delivery.
