Job summary

Capgemini is looking for an experienced SAP developer to join our PBS team in the GDC in Poland. You will design and implement SAP BTP extensions, contribute to SAPUI5 front-ends, and help shape technical roadmaps while mentoring junior developers.

This role offers collaboration with global experts, continuous learning, and hybrid office/home flexibility. Excellent English is required; German is a plus, and you will work on high-profile projects for Fortune 500 clients.

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience with SAP BTP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English (German a plus).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud extensions on SAP BTP, including CAP-based applications.

Your project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong track record of leading successful projects based on the SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for tackling complex technical issues.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of German is a significant plus (nice to have).
