Job summary

You will design and implement integrations with SAP BTP / SAP Integration Suite, collaborate on SuccessFactors and HR data flows, and establish standards for interface design and documentation. A hands-on, senior role in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in enterprise integration architecture and lifecycle management.
Hands-on with SAP BTP, preferably SAP Integration Suite.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, APIs and HR data flows.
Experience with integration patterns: batch, real-time, event-driven, API-led, and file-based.
Understanding REST, SOAP, OData, XML, JSON, SFTP, certificates, OAuth and related security concepts.
Ability to review and improve existing integrations, not only build new ones.
Analyze high-volume message flows to identify inefficient patterns.
Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident handling.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the integration landscape across HR and related domains.
Review IBM DataStage and SAP BTP integrations, including data flows and schedules.
Define a migration roadmap to move legacy integrations to SAP BTP.
Design, build and improve integrations using SAP BTP capabilities.
Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors, RISE/S4HANA integrations, APIs, and file transfers.
Establish standards for integration design, naming, documentation, monitoring and alerting.
Improve logging, observability and incident handling; strengthen support processes.
Work with external consultants, internal IT teams, HR and Finance.
